The most popular product on the PP menu is chicken breast. Boil it, bake and steam. But after all the holiday delicacies, sharply switch to boiled chicken breast, not everyone can do it. Therefore, we selected a recipe that fits perfectly into the concept of proper nutrition, but at the same time it has a very bright taste.

We will cook without oil, only spices and mustard. For those who have a grill pan, you can first fry the fillet in this pan, and then bake it. Only fry with virtually no oil. You can add honey to the sauce, which will be coated with chicken fillet. The combination of mustard and honey is very successful. Let's get started already, but I want to).

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet -2-3 halves;

Mustard - 3 tbsp. l .;

Paprika - 1 tsp;

Curry - 1 tsp;

Italian herbs - 1/2 tsp;

Salt - 1/2 tsp;

Lemon - half;

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Ground black pepper - to taste.

Recipe:

In order for the fillet to be aromatic. We recommend that you follow the first paragraph of the recipe without fail. Wash the fillet and pat it with a paper towel. It must be dry. Mix all the herbs - curry, paprika and Italian herbs. Coat the fillet with this mixture.

We cover the meat with a film or cover with a lid and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature. During this time, the fillet is marinated in herbs and will be very juicy and aromatic.

At the end of time, we coat with make mustard sauce, vegetable oil and juice of half a lemon. If there is mustard seeds in the house, add it. Coat the chicken with this sauce.
