Coffee adversely affects cancer sites

As a study by Israeli scientists, coffee and beer, which are one of the most desired drinks in a significant number of people, contain specific substances that can fundamentally change the structure of DNA. In this case, coffee and beer oppositely affect the sites of molecules responsible for the aging of the body and the development of cancer. An experiment conducted by scientists on yeast strains showed that caffeine shortens chromosome regions that can protect DNA from damage, while beer lengthens them.

Scientists consider this study to be extremely promising, giving the opportunity to deeply study the mechanisms of oncological processes. Of course, this study requires deep additional study and transfer of the data to the human body.
