Pie "Zebra" on kefir - the basic principles of preparation

Check the availability of the necessary ingredients and pre-set them out of the refrigerator. All ingredients of the pie should be the same temperature.

For a zebra, biscuit dough is most suitable. If you knead it correctly, the strips will be perfect.

The main components of the cake are flour, sugar, eggs, kefir, soda and cocoa. As a rule, it is chocolate powder that provides the presence of dark streaks in baking.

Often in the dough is added butter (butter or vegetable), high-quality margarine, vanillin. Sometimes - semolina, jam, raisins.

The cooked dough is divided in half. Cocoa is added to one of the parts.

Pour flour into a bowl. First add soda, and then baking powder and salt. Mix all the dry ingredients.
