Cooking in pots does not require much time, and as a result you get a tasty and satisfying dish. Products in pots are stewed evenly and saturated with each other's aromas. Instead of meat, minced meat is used in this recipe, which makes the dish more tender and juicier.

Minced meat can be taken any: pork, beef, chicken or mixed.

In addition to potatoes, vegetables or beans are added to the dish. So that potatoes with minced meat in pots do not turn out dry, add tomato paste, sour cream or milk to it.

Potatoes and other vegetables are peeled, washed and chopped. Potatoes can be laid in raw pots, or pre-fry it. From onions and carrots make vegetable frying. Minced meat is also fried.

Cooking method

1. Peel and wash the potatoes, onions, and carrots. Take a small potato for this dish.

2. Grind carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the onion in large cubes. Put the onions in a frying pan with heated oil and fry them until soft. Then add carrot chips to it and continue to fry for another ten minutes.

3. Put the potatoes in whole pots without cutting.

4. Defrost the minced meat, season it with spices and salt. Knead and form small meatballs. Spread them on top of the potatoes. Cover everything with a layer of vegetable frying. Put a couple of bay leaves in each pot.

5. In a liter jar, place salt, crushed bouillon cubes and finely grated garlic. Pour everything with warm water and mix until the salt and broth cubes dissolve. Optionally, add chopped greens.

Ingredients

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it into not too large slices and fry in heated oil until half cooked. Put on a plate.

2. Wash the pods of sweet pepper, remove the tail and peel from the seeds. Crush the vegetable pulp into cubes.

3. Put the minced meat in a preheated pan with oil and fry, stirring constantly, so that it turns out to be friable. Fry the minced meat until half cooked.

Ingredients

minced meat - 600 g;

sea ​​salt;

six potatoes;

a mixture of peppers;

three onions;

milk - 200 ml;

large carrot;

sour cream - 150 g;

champignons - 300 g;

cheese - 100 g;

little cauliflower and broccoli.

Cooking method

1. Using a sharp knife, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin circles. Spread in a bowl, salt, crush with herbs and mix.

2. Peeled onions. Finely chop one half, cut a quarter into rings.

The potato will cook faster if the pots are not covered with lids, but with a fresh dough, making an opening in it for steam to escape.
