Ingredients

• semolina 1.5 cups;

• a glass of sugar;

• two eggs;

• 1.5 cups kefir;

• oil 100 grams (drain);

• vanilla.

Cooking

1. Pour kefir into a large bowl in which the dough will be kneaded.

2. Add semolina, stir. We leave a couple of spoons for the form. Let us brew, swell well the cooked mass for at least half an hour.

3. Beat the eggs with a fork and send to the semolina.

4. Pour granulated sugar, stir.

5. Last added melted butter. Lubricate the mold with a small amount, sprinkle with the previously left cereal. Pour the rest of the butter into the dough. Stir.

6. For flavor, throw a little vanilla into the dough.

7. It remains to pour the cooked mass into a mold and put in the oven.

Mannik on sour cream without flour with soda

For loosening manna on sour cream without flour, baking soda is used. You can take a baking baking powder, but in this case we exclude vinegar, and increase the amount of powder by 1.5 times. The fat content of sour cream does not matter, but it is advisable to invest in the framework of 15-20%.

Ingredients

• two eggs;

• a glass of sour cream;

• a glass of sugar;

• 1 spoon of vinegar;

• 1 tsp soda;

• a glass of semolina;

• vanilla, a spoonful of oil.

Cooking

1. Beat eggs with sour cream and sugar until smooth.

• a glass of semolina;

• a glass of kefir;

• 1 tsp zest;

• 3 eggs;

• 2/3 glasses of sugar;

• 2 tsp cultivator.

Cooking

1. Combine semolina with kefir and sugar, leave for at least half an hour to swell. You can hold it longer.

2. Beat eggs with a whisk until light foam. Pour into semolina.

3. Grind the zest with lemon, you can just chop it with a knife. We connect with a baking powder.

4. Pour baking powder and zest into semolina dough. Stir the last time.

5. The capacity of the multicooker is rubbed inside with a piece of oil or margarine. Sprinkle with cereal if desired.

6. Spread all the dough.

7. Close, set the baking program and cook for 70 minutes.

Mannik on milk without flour with vegetable oil

• 2 eggs;

• semolina 2 cups;

• 1 glass of milk;

• 100 ml of oil;

A variant of peerless manna with raisins, which is also prepared without adding flour. Instead of raisins, you can take chopped dried apricots, prunes or other dried fruits. It turns out delicious with them too.

Ingredients

• a glass of semolina;

• 400 ml of kefir;

• 0.3 cups of sugar;

• 2 eggs;

• 0.5 cups of raisins;

• bag of baking powder;

• a pinch of salt.

Cooking

1. As usual, immediately fill the cereal with kefir and let it brew for swelling.

2. In another bowl, wash the raisins sorted out and freed from twigs. Fill with warm water and leave for twenty minutes. Grapes should swell.

3. Drain the water from the raisins, dry.

Mannik on sour cream with apples without flour

She also has a recipe for manna on sour cream without flour, but this time a pie with apples. A great alternative to classic charlotte, it is also simple to prepare, it turns out unrealistically delicious.

Ingredients

• 0.2 kg of semolina;

• 300 ml sour cream;

• 0.2 kg of powdered sugar;

• 3 eggs;

• half tsp soda;

• cinnamon;

• 2 apples.

Cooking

1. Combine sour cream with semolina, mix thoroughly. If the mass is thick, then you can immediately add the powder. We immediately leave one box for decorating the cake after preparation.

2. Leave the cereals to swell for about an hour.

3. Break the eggs and stir.

4. Enter the soda, which must be repaid. Any acid will do: lemon, plain or apple vinegar.

• 80 ml of vegetable oil;

• 0.3 cup poppy seeds;

• 1 slice of butter;

• 2 eggs.

Cooking

1. Mix milk with vegetable oil, add dry semolina to them. Forget about the mixture for half an hour.

2. Eggs and sugar must be combined and slightly beat with a whisk. It is good if all grains dissolve.

3. Add poppy and baking powder to the milk mixture, mix until smooth. Poppy should not be crumpled.

4. Add the eggs. You can throw vanilla, zest.

5. Pour the mixed dough into a mold, which we rub in advance with a piece of butter.

6. We bake at 180 degrees.

Chocolate manna on sour cream without flour

A variant of a chic manna that will boldly replace a cake becomes the basis for any creams and glazes. Bitter cocoa powder (sugar free) is used.

• a glass of semolina;

• 250 ml sour cream;

• 3 tablespoons of cocoa;

• two eggs;

• 0.5 tsp soda;

• 1 pinch of vanilla.

Cooking

1. Before light froth, beat the recipe eggs and granulated sugar.

2. Add sour cream to them. We use a product of medium fat content and density. Mix.

Mannik without flour - useful tips and tricks

• If you add a little pumpkin to the manna, the cake will acquire a beautiful color and unusual taste. You can simply grate the pumpkin with small chips or use thick mashed potatoes.

• Mannik does not like long-term storage and it is tastier to use it fresh. Therefore, you should not cook several servings of the cake in advance.

• In a warm liquid, croup swells faster than in a cold one. Therefore, if there is not enough time to infuse the dough, you can warm up the ingredients a little.

• Do not insist the cereal in the liquid for more than three hours. Otherwise, the mass will condense, become thick, breaking sticky lumps will be very difficult.

• If the dough for manna turned out to be liquid, then you can add a little flour. But it is better to pour ground oatmeal, corn flakes, a delicious cake is obtained with chocolate balls for a quick breakfast. It absorbs moisture in cocoa and coconut.
