• 0.4 kg of dough;

• 0.3 kg of strawberries;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• 0.12 kg of sugar;

• 1 egg.

Cooking

1. The dough must be obtained in advance, left on the table.

2. Peel the berries from the tail, put in a bowl and rinse. If the strawberries are small, then we use the whole. Large berries are best cut.

3. Expand the dough, roll up the rolling pin and divide lengthwise into two parts.

4. Then we make triangles with oblique cuts with a sharp peak and base from 10 to 14 centimeters.

6. Sprinkle strawberries with starch and put several berries on the base of each triangle.

7. From above, sweeten and twist the bagels.

9. Grease with an egg, bake for 15 minutes. We set it at 220 degrees and immediately reduce the temperature to 180.

• 4-5 eggs;

Ingredients

• 4 eggs;

• 160 grams of sugar;

• 160 grams of flour;

• 1 sachet of vanilla.

For cream:

• 1 can of condensed milk;

• 0.25kg of oil;

• 0.3-0.4 kg of strawberries;

• 1 sachet of vanilla.

For impregnation, you need 120 ml of strawberry syrup.

Cooking

1. Combine raw eggs and prescription sugar. We arm ourselves with a mixer and beat the mass for at least ten minutes.

2. Add prescription flour with vanilla. You can pour a little baking powder so that the biscuit does not exactly fall off.

3. We send the dough into a mold with a diameter of 20 to 25 centimeters.

4. Put in the oven, bake until cooked at 180. Cool.

Ingredients

• 300 ml of milk;

• 11 grams of yeast;

• 60 grams of margarine;

• 70 grams of sugar;

• 1 tsp salt without a hill;

• flour.

For the filling, strawberries and sugar. Yolk for greasing buns. Protein can be added to the dough.

Cooking

1. We warm milk to 50 degrees. Add granulated sugar, salt, stir. We introduce yeast, let it activate for about five minutes.

• 2 cups of flour;

• 2 glasses of sugar;

Cooking
