But do not think that all recipes for cooking royal fish in the oven are the same! Try to repeat each of them yourself and you will be convinced that during the subsequent preparation the meat of this fish acquires new amazing notes of taste.

Recipe 1: Oven baked salmon in foil

Thus prepared salmon retains a juicy and tender flesh. The fish soup released during baking soaks every slice of salmon and steams it from the inside. The foil retains all the aromas of spices that you add when baking and saturates the cooked dish with them.

Ingredients Required:

- 1 not very large salmon;

- 2-3 pinches of seasoning "Provencal herbs";

Recipe 3: Oven Baked Salmon with Cheese
