Pears have never been on the list of healthy dietary products. However, recently, nutritionists have revised their opinion. It turns out that this fruit contains a huge amount of antioxidants, fiber and flavonoids. However, they are low in calories, they have little cholesterol. Experts are convinced that pears can help in losing weight, reducing the risk of developing tumor diseases, heart disease, intestines, etc.

According to reports, one pear (with an average weight of 180 grams.) Contains only 101 calories, 1 gram of protein and 27 grams of carbohydrates. All of this is 12% of the body's daily need for vitamin C, 10% for vitamin K, and 6% for potassium.
