Egg Nog non-alcoholic cocktail

This drink is often prepared for the Christmas holidays in English-speaking countries. The cocktail is not only interesting in taste, but also in appearance. Composed of raw eggs. Since they will need to be beat well, you can’t do without a mixer. You can do this with a regular whisk, but the process can drag on.

  • 200 g of cherry juice;

  2. We clean the tangerines, squeeze the juice. We also clean the carrots. Pass through a juicer. You can mix it all right away.
  3. Add the syrup of candies to the juices, stir and taste. If desired, you can add acids (lemon juice) or sweets (honey, sugar).
  4. Pour a cocktail into glasses. For ice cream, add ice. Decorate with a slice of orange.

If you could not buy Barberry candies, then you can use other similar types, but without the filling, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the composition of sweets.

Ice cream cocktail "Dance"

For such a drink you will need chocolate ice cream, but you can also use ice cream. The cocktail is prepared simply and quickly with a blender. For decoration you need coconut, it is better to take white. It will simulate snow.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of ice cream;
  • 20 g coconut flakes;
  • 30 ml of orange juice;
  • 100 g of grated chocolate;
  • 250 ml of milk.

Cooking method

  1. We start cooking with glasses. Pour orange juice or any other drink into one bowl. We send coconut flakes to another vessel. Wet the edges of the glasses, sprinkle with chips, leave.
  2. Immerse grated chocolate, chopped ice cream and milk in a blender. Beat everything together for 30-40 seconds. Check for uniformity, try.
  3. Carefully pour the drink into glasses, trying not to touch the decorated edge. We insert a wide tube for a cocktail and immediately serve it.

To decorate the glasses, you can use not only coconut flakes, but also regular sugar. Just choose coarse sand.

Non-alcoholic mulled wine "Christmas miracle"

Mulled wine is a wonderful cocktail that can be prepared in a non-alcoholic version. This recipe uses grape juice. Sometimes it is replaced by other species. Goes well with citruses apple and pomegranate juice. Mandatory ingredients are spices. From this quantity of products, four large servings of the drink will be obtained.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters of grape juice;
  • 2 cloves;
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 pcs. anise;
  • 1 orange
  • 2 pcs. cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg.

Cooking method

  1. Pour the grape juice into a saucepan, set to heat, but in no case do not let it boil, carefully monitor it, do not leave anywhere.
  2. Rinse citruses. Cut the orange and lemon into circles. It is advisable to immediately remove the bones. Add the slices to the hot juice. We add fire.
  3. Spread all the spices right away, cinnamon sticks can be broken or thrown whole.
  4. As soon as the juice begins to evaporate, but has not yet boiled, reduce the heat to a minimum. Cover the pan.
  5. Tomim non-alcoholic mulled wine over low heat for 20 to 40 minutes. You can sometimes open, stir.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let the drink brew for another half hour. You can wrap it so that it does not cool. Pour into circles.

If some of the spices do not like, then you can exclude them or reduce the number in half or three times. Sugar is absent in this recipe, as there is a lot of it in grape juice. If an acidic drink is taken as the basis, then you can add to taste, it is even better to introduce honey.

New Year's table cocktail "Pina Colada"

A gentle, pleasant to the taste and world famous cocktail "Pina Colada" is perfect for a festive table. For cooking, you need cream, choose a small fat content.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of coconut milk;
  • 800 ml cream;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • 900 ml of pineapple juice;
  • ice.

Cooking method

  1. Pour cream, pineapple juice, sugar and coconut milk into a bowl or a saucepan convenient for whipping.
  2. Immerse the mixer, beat for a minute until smooth and light foam. Pour the cocktail into glasses, add 3-5 ice cubes.
