Joint research of Swedish and British nutritionists allowed to establish that the most effective diet among the existing ones is the so-called "Paleolithic diet". It turned out to be much more productive than the Scandinavian diet that is no less popular today: women who had resorted to the Paleolithic diet lost twice more kilograms in six months. The study involved seventy women abroad menopause.

According to the experimental conditions, volunteers received 30% of energy from proteins. The lack of it is compensated by the carbohydrates of vegetables and fruits. The Paleolithic Diet allowed women to reduce their waist by an average of 11 cm and lose more than six kilograms of fat.

Recall that the basis of the "Paleolithic diet" is the consumption of chicken, vegetables and berries. It is forbidden to eat pasta, dairy products, rice, bread. Studies have also shown that men who have resorted to the "Paleolithic diet" had a lower risk of developing heart disease.
