Every girl dreams of beautiful, healthy, strong and shiny hair. But in order to achieve a good result, you need to carefully and carefully care for them. Indeed, naturally healthy hair is a very rare gift and the vast majority of girls have some kind of problem or even not one: split ends, high fat content or vice versa - dryness, brittleness, loss, dandruff ... this list goes on.

Fortunately, in our time, store shelves are literally packed with hair care products of various brands, types and price categories. But all of them mainly consist of chemicals, because science has gone far ahead and does not stop there. And as a result, the more chemistry is stuffed into a mask, shampoo or balm, the more side effects. But in ancient times, wise by harsh living conditions, girls in an effort to improve the condition of their hair used only natural remedies, and one of these is basma.

Basma is known as hair dye, organic in origin. It stands out for its unique durability and natural tinting properties. But the recipes of ancient Egyptian healers who used basma and as a medical and cosmetic product have survived to this day. They made masks, balms and even potions for oral administration. At that time, people greatly appreciated this green powder for its powerful healing properties.

Hair strengthening

Basma contains a large number of tannins, which, under the influence of hot temperature and scalp temperature, penetrate deep into the inner layers of the skin and form a kind of crust there. This very crust strengthens the hair follicle. After the first application, the effect is so strong that even the most modern chemical balms will envy him.

Dandruff Prevention

Basma is a strong antiseptic, thanks to the presence of vitamin B5, which disinfects the skin and thus completely destroys even the most severe dandruff.

Grease regulation

Thanks to all the same tannins, as well as vitamin B12, basma regulates skin greasy, which helps owners of oily hair well.

Split End Treatment

Vitamin B12, in combination with vitamin B5 and also due to the loose structure of basma itself, make hair soft, supple and strong. With regular use of a mask from one part of basma and three parts of hot water, the problem of split ends of hair disappears forever.

Prevention of brittle hair

Tannins in combination with the aforementioned basma vitamins, with the correct concentration of the mask, provide an enveloping effect, while very strong. This film fills the "wounds" of brittle hair, maintaining their integrity and prevents the negative effects of sunlight. As a result, the hair does not dry out, brittleness disappears and the “fading” of the color is suppressed.

Cholagogue

In the modern world, this fact is often surprising, but basma used to be quite famous as a strong choleretic agent, it was used in the form of potions and alcohol tinctures on a teaspoon inside, once a day with meals.

Basma is really useful for hair and scalp as a whole, but when applying it to treat hair, one should never forget about the coloring properties of this miracle remedy. Also, in order to achieve the desired effect, one must strictly follow the recipe for preparing balms and masks with basma, not to forget or confuse anything. It is possible to experiment with doses only if the color or shade of the hair changes, for their treatment it is better to adhere to a strict and proven dosage methodology.
