Warm the oil in a pan. Peel, rinse and chop finely. Chopped peeled garlic slices. Peel, wash and chop the carrots into large chips. Sauté the onions until transparent, then add the garlic and carrots. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, until soft.

Add the minced chicken to the fried vegetables and continue to fry, stirring continuously, for about three minutes. The meat should change color.

Ingredients

two glasses of buckwheat;

Recipe 3. Buckwheat with minced chicken and vegetables

Ingredients

half a kilogram of minced chicken;

spices;

a glass of buckwheat;

table salt;

one large eggplant;

sour cream - 30 g;

two fresh tomatoes;

two glasses of broth or purified water;

two pods of bell pepper;

bulb;

carrot.

Cooking method

We put a deep cast-iron frying pan on the stove, pour oil into it and heat it. We spread the minced chicken and fry it, carefully breaking the lumps with a spatula.

We clean the onion from the husk, rinse and finely chop. My peeled carrot and large three. We spread the vegetables in a pan when the meat changes color. Stir and fry for a minute.

300 g of minced chicken;

280 g canned mushrooms;

10 g seasoning for buckwheat;

1 onion;

2 cloves of garlic;

1 carrot.

Cooking method

Free the onion from the husk, and chop with thin feathers. Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Chop the garlic cloves finely. Put the vegetables in a cauldron with heated oil and fry, stirring, until soft.

Add the minced chicken and continue cooking, thoroughly mixing with a spatula until the meat brightens. Make sure that the minced meat does not gather in large pieces.

Open the jar of mushrooms, drain the marinade, and put the contents into a cauldron. Stir and warm for a couple of minutes. Sort buckwheat and rinse thoroughly. Put in a cauldron, pepper, salt and season with buckwheat spices.

Cooking method

We sort buckwheat, washed under running water. We place in a pan and fill with purified water at the rate of two glasses of liquid per glass of buckwheat. Lightly salt and cook until tender. Peel the vegetables and wash.

The onion is cut into four parts and chopped with thin plates. Three large carrots. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Put the onion in it and lightly fry it, continuously mixing, over medium heat. Now add the grated carrots, stir the vegetables and fry them until golden brown. Cool the vegetable fry.
