Ingredients

• 0.75 ml of wine (bottle);

• a couple of apples;

• two oranges (one for decoration);

• 2 star anise;

• 100 ml of water;

• a pinch of nutmeg;

• 5 peas of allspice;

• 1-2 cloves;

• honey (sugar) to taste.

Cooking method

• 15 g of ginger;

• 2 oranges;

• 1 vanilla pod;

• 1 cinnamon;

• 2 tablespoons of honey;

• 0.2 l of water;

• 0.3 lemons.

1. Finely chop the ginger, add cinnamon, cloves to it, throw the vanilla pod and fill it with water. We put on the stove. Boil the spices for at least five minutes after boiling.
