Clean skin is the foundation of female beauty paint. Even attractive features can be ruined by acne, and a grayish complexion is ten years old.

One of the ways to delicately and quickly solve various skin problems is atraumatic face cleansing.

What is atraumatic cleansing?

In the word "atraumatic" lies the meaning of this cosmetic procedure. The skin surface is cleaned delicately, the epidermis (outer skin layer) is not injured. At the same time, it is clean and deep, the procedure is carried out in the cabin with the help of professional tools.

This is a surface chemical peeling. Its difference from the usual procedure for visitors to salons is that during an atraumatic facial cleansing, the cosmetologist uses several different acids. Their concentration is rather weak for a burn, as with a middle peeling, but at the same time it allows you to perfectly cleanse the skin, get rid of dead particles, sebaceous plugs in the pores, sebum.

If we talk about the advantages of the procedure, then they include:

• the absence of mechanical damage caused by ordinary manual cleaning by pressure, stretching, microcracks of tissues;

• the ability to clean any type of skin, including sensitive, very dry, inflamed, age-related;

• minimum number of contraindications. The procedure can be allowed even if there is an obvious rosacea on the face;

• cleansing the skin of comedones (black spots), purulent rashes in the form of acne and even blackheads, relieving inflammation of certain areas;

• the absence of traces on the face after the procedure (redness disappears in a matter of hours);

• instant transformation of the face after the procedure - no need to wait until the effect becomes apparent.

It is important that a low concentration of acids does not cause a woman not only pain, but even some discomfort. Atraumatic facial cleansing - it does not hurt at all, except that it will nibble lightly if the skin is very sensitive. It is also important that it is pure with acids and safe: it is simply impossible to spread the infection through the skin in this way. In any case, the antibacterial effect of the procedure is significant, and this can be seen by the rapid disappearance of inflammation.

It is also important that cleaning is carried out at any time of the year, even in spring and summer. If you have the appropriate drugs and skills, you can do this at home. It is allowed to apply funds locally, directly to the site of inflammation, comedone, acne, and not on the entire face.

Indications for atraumatic facial cleansing

The procedure is carried out in the presence of many cosmetic defects:

• increased sebum secretion;

• excessive dryness;

• enlarged pores;

• comedones, acne;

• acne;

• pigmentation;

• photoaging;

• first age wrinkles;

• aging skin;

• gray or uneven complexion;

• uneven skin texture.

Acids can truly transform any skin, regardless of age. Moreover, thanks to atraumatic facial cleansing, the synthesis of its own collagen and elastin fibers is restored, that is, the rejuvenation process is started.

Stages of Atraumatic Cleaning

For a long-term result, depending on the condition of the skin, five to seven procedures are required. Repeat them optimally once a week or ten days, more often than not. Beautician gradually increases the concentration of acid, while reducing the duration of the procedure. Starting from 40 minutes, the specialist subsequently reduces the time of exposure to acids to 20 minutes.

The procedure is carried out in several stages.

1. Normal facial cleansing with a suitable skin type. It dissolves fat secretions, cosmetics, washes away particles of dust and street dirt.

2. Peeling with a chemical solution containing fruit acid. A mask is applied to the cleansed face, which cleans the skin from superficial impurities, expands the pore lumen, partially dissolves dead cells of the epithelium - the stratum corneum. Such peeling can be done independently, at home, if there is an acid composition of low concentration. To maintain youthfulness and health of the skin, it is enough to apply the mask once a week, to remove the inflammatory process, you can use the tool daily.

3. Chemical peeling of higher concentration. As a rule, a solution of glycolic acid is combined with sour juice or an extract of some fruit, berries (lemon, apple, grape, raspberry, orange), papaya, fig, and enzymes. The cosmetologist, applying the product, at the same time gives the lightest massage to the skin, allowing the acid molecules to penetrate deeper into the skin more easily. A stronger composition allows you to expand the pores more, warm the skin in order to naturally remove comedones.

4. The next step is the enzymatic peeling procedure. Its basis is whey protein. The meaning of this stage is to finally dissolve the contents of the pores and intensively moisturize the face.

5. After the last part of the peeling is done, the beautician should moisturize the skin. Usually, napkins prescribed by a moisturizer are present. After 10 minutes, they are removed, the skin is wiped with a lotion with anti-inflammatory effect.

6. The last stage of atraumatic facial cleansing is the application of a special soothing mask. Its composition is selected in such a way as to relieve inflammation and close the enlarged pores.

The action of the compounds begins immediately after application and lasts two more days after visiting the salon. During these days, sebaceous plugs resolve, the pores are cleansed, the face becomes lighter or looks younger.

Atraumatic Cleaning Results

Facial cleansing procedures with glycolic and fruit acids are not much different in effectiveness from chemical peels with highly concentrated formulations. But only if carried out regularly.

The acid-steamed skin opens the pores as much as possible, which allows the active fat-breaking and mud-dissolving components to penetrate deep inside. Softening occurs, then the destruction of sebaceous plugs, exfoliation of dead cells of the stratum corneum. As a result of atraumatic cleansing of the face, the ducts of the sebaceous glands are cleaned, and the pores again become healthy, clean, contract to a normal state and cease to constantly inflame.

As a result of the completed course of procedures, normal cellular respiration and blood circulation are restored, positive changes occur even at the basal level of the epidermis, that is, deep in the skin. On the skin, this is manifested as follows:

• the relief is leveled, redness, inflamed areas, ulcers, black spots disappear;

• stimulation of cell metabolism leads to rapid visible rejuvenation of the face due to active cell renewal;

• stimulation of the production of own collagen and elastin restores skin elasticity and leads to the fact that small skin creases (wrinkles) are completely smoothed out, and the formation of new ones slows down;

• the face looks younger due to the lightening of the skin;

• age-related dryness of the skin disappears, it retains its natural moisture level for a long time.

In order for this result to persist for a long time, it is necessary to conduct atraumatic facial cleansing several times a year. Someone is enough 2 times, and someone needs a procedure 4-5 times a year. It all depends on the specific problem.

Independent conduct of the procedure at home is not prohibited. The concentration of acids is low, so if you follow the technology of the procedure and if you have the right cosmetics, you can clean your skin without fear of harming it.

Contraindications for atraumatic facial cleansing

Despite the minimal invasiveness and absolute safety of the procedure, there are situations when it cannot be used. First of all, we are talking about individual intolerance to the components that make up acidic agents.

In addition, there is the following list of restrictions:

• dermatological (skin) diseases, including eczema, herpes, psoriasis;

• pustular skin lesions caused by the spread of staphylococcal or streptococcal infections;

• skin surface injuries (burns, cuts, abrasions);

• keloid scars;

• large or unusual moles;

• oncological diseases.

If there is no skin pathology on the face, then the procedure is not only prohibited, but also recommended.

The antibacterial, regenerating, rejuvenating, moisturizing effect is exactly what skin of any age and any type needs.

The absence of injuries and vascular load makes the procedure an effective means of instant face transformation. The result lasts for a long time; no rehabilitation period is required.
