- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp paprika

- vegetable oil (about 4-5 tablespoons)

1. The prepared chops are slightly salted, fried in a pan. Then we shift to a plate.

2. Next, cut the onions in half rings, cut the prunes into several parts. Fry the onion until transparent, then mix it with honey.

3. We transfer the meat to a thick-walled pan greased with oil or a deep pan, spread the prunes and onions with an even layer on top. Season with spices, paprika, if necessary - salt and pepper.

4. Add chopped garlic and lavrushka, pour 2-3 glasses of beef broth (water). We put in the oven, close the form with a lid (or foil) and bake at a temperature of 150-170 degrees for 2 hours.

Recipe 4: Beef Chops with Sour Cream

As you know, any meat goes well with sour cream and vegetables. Introducing an excellent recipe for beef chops with sour cream with the addition of tomatoes and herbs.

Ingredients:

- beef meat 1 kg
